Malaxmi Infra Ventures (India) Pvt. Ltd., is part of the Malaxmi Group established in 2006. As the flagship company of the group, we work closely with our subsidiaries and associate companies to deliver sustainable solutions and climate resilience strategies. Together, we are actively advancing initiatives in clean energy, water management, and eco-conscious infrastructure, contributing to a greener and more resilient future.

We are building an ecosystem to enable an environment for climate resilience. We are working on building clean energy infrastructure projects by integrating technologies for Battery Storage (BESS), Green Hydrogen, Carbon Capture Utilization & Storage (CCUS/DAC), Bio-based economies, Quantum mechanics, etc.

We established a Climate Interpretation Centre at our headquarters, as a hub to educate, engage and empower individuals and organizations towards climate action. The Interpretation Centre aims to enable understanding of environmental challenges and foster collective action for sustainable future.

The Sedibus

we are establishing The Sedibus as a venture studio for Climate Tech and is registered as a non-profit organization (NPO) under Section 8 of the Companies Act. It acts as a catalyst for facilitating startup incubation, acceleration, networking, and industry access with focus on sustainability and climate resilient ideas and startups. Through Malaxmi Strategy (MaStrat), the family office of the Malaxmi Group, The Sedibus also provides seed capital and angel investment to early-stage startups, nurturing innovative ideas into impactful ventures.

Dharmavana Nature Ark

The Dharmavana Nature Ark(DNA) is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 by devoted naturalists who firmly believe in safeguarding and conserving nature for its intrinsic value. Malaxmi Group’s Founder and Chief Mentor Mr. Harish CP Yarlagadda joined as co-founder of Dharmavana Nature Ark in 2022.

The Dharmavana Nature Ark is dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity within a specific biome as an ecosystem, focused on the flora and fauna of dry deciduous forests. Strategically located in the Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana, India, The DNA organization has been actively managing and preserving over 400 acres of semi-arid habitat since 2004. This landscape will remain in the natural domain forevermore with as small a human footprint as possible.

PLEACH means to interlace or an entwine, our platform aims to weave our vibrant cultural heritage to people through the right mediums, in order to develop a strong sense of rootedness for India’s growth in the 21st Century. We call this ‘Pleachify’ or ‘Pleachification’. PLEACH is also an acronym which stands for ‘Preserve, Learn, Educate – Art, Culture, Heritage’.
